Can I use and save the PDPM Worksheet multiple times?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It can be saved  on your desktop, folder or shared drive.  Each of your skilled residents can have their own worksheet.  You need to "Save As" to esure your master copy remains available.

These are the areas that you will tab to to data enter, click the hyperlink or use a pull down list

This form has alot of information, can i make a mistake and mess up the whole form?"

Accepted Answer

No. You are only able to "visit" the yellow highlighted boxes and the free text box.  The entire sheet is protected to prevent you from making changes that will impact the fucntion or your sheet.

Is the PDPM Worksheet printable?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It is clear and easly readable.  The yellow boxes do not print shaded.  It is 2 pages.  The second page is optional to print. It contains the remaining calendar, days 56 thru 100.

What is the modification for insurance pull down list ?

These is a great tool.  You provide a list of your insurance/payers and information as to how they run.  When you purchase the PDPM worksheet, there is a neon green tab that you complete with all of your insurance information. The completed form and your spreadsheet is emailed to newdirectionsmds@gmail.com.  We will create your personal form and email it to you.

There are many tabs at the bottom of this worksheet.  How will I know which one I need to click on?

You do not to visit/click on these sheets.  You will always be working in the PDPM tab.  As you work thru the worksheet, the hyperlinks will take you back and forth between the sheets, but will always bring you back to the main PDPM Worksheet via hyprkinks.

What if I overwrite my master copy?

No problem. Just go thru and clear your fields and save a fresh and clean copy.

I purchased a personal PDPM Worksheet.  Can I share if with my friends?

No. This purchase is for individual use and distrubtion without explicit authorization from New Directions is prohiibited.

Can I print worksheets other than the PDPM Worksheet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can print the Nursing , GG, NTA and SLP Worksheets.  They are all one page with no shading.

Is there a Triple Check Worksheet?

Yes, this will avialable soon.  You will have the option to purchase a PDPM Worksheet with Triple Check.  If you have already made a purchase, there will be a modificaion option to to your current worksheet.

The worksheets have Federal unadjusted rates, can the worksheets be modified?"

Accepted Answer

Yes.  The worksheets will be modifed for your region.  Complete the neon green tab, "Rates and Insurance" and send your worksheet to newdirectionsmds@gamil.com and it will be modified to fit your personal needs.
